This recipe comes straight from Mohammed Ali Road, Nagpada, Bombay. Chef Shahbaz Sheikh, and he will grin sheepishly at being so described, because he only ever dons the figurative apron for friends and family, had perfected this recipe over forty years and still believes he has a long way to go before he perfects it.
