Chicken Mughlai Korma

Tonight our Dinner patrons had a side of heavenly to go with their phulkas. Yes, the heavenly part is the Chicken Mughlai Korma we made with just some cream, almond paste, curds and a whole lot of marinating. The chicken went through three stags of marination. The first for twelve hours, the second for an hour and the third for twenty minutes. Bon appétit!
